    I grew up in the 50’s & 60’ in Hermosa Beach. I worked one runner at Howard’s Pronto Pup, right on the Strand. I eat at Good Stuff when I go down to The South Bay. I like your web site, I sometimes see old friends walking or riding bay.

    We are 3 guys from Turkey who are addictively following your live strandcam all day. The vision is perfect and we cannot exit from the picture. However, we concluded that the camera frame would be wonderful without the umbrellas that are standing very close to the visor. We would appreciate that if you mind dislocating them at least after the sunset.

    Hi Chris, The eagle has landed, the picture is near perfect to say it has travelled half way round the earth. I will be there at 0725 your time to see the little Asian lady go past with her big hat on.

    Question. Does the sea ever come over the beach to the wall? Please keep in touch I am going to make some pancakes for afternoon tea and settle down to people watching. That’s what we pensioners do over here.

    Do you ever send out tee-shirts and hats out by international post if you do let me know the cost. Have a good day you guys.
